• What size bike should I select for my entry?
  We recommend a 16” bike for a 3 to 5-year-old and a 20” bike for a 6 to 9-year-old.

• Can I attend the Bike Giveaway even if I did not win?
  No. We ask that only Bike Giveaway winners show up during the event for crowd control purposes.

• I won a contest on social media or the radio. How do I claim my bike?
  Show up on the day of the event with your confirmation email. Someone will confirm and award you a bike. Dates and times are listed in the event section of this page.

• I received an email/call/voicemail from GMIA saying that I am a winner. How do I claim my bike?
  Show up on the day of the event with your confirmation email. Someone will check your confirmation email and award you with your bike. Dates and times are listed in the even section of this page.

• I won but cannot make it to the day of the event, can someone pick up the bike for me?
  Yes. Please enter an alternative pick-up person on the entry form. If that also changes, please email egaffney@getgordon.com to let us know and forward your winners’ email to the person that will be picking up the bike for you.

• I won but cannot make it to the day of the event, can I pick it up at a later date?
  Yes. You can pick up the bike from the office through the following Monday after the event. Please check in with the front desk. Please email egaffney@getgordon.com to let us know as well. If you do not pick up the bike by the deadline, GMIA will distribute the bike to a backup winner.

• What do I do when I show up at the office for the bike giveaway event?
  Attorneys and staff will be on hand to greet you as you arrive and escort you through the pickup process. They’ll help you check in and get obtain the correct bike.
