That’s why we’re proud to launch our New Orleans Teacher of the Month campaign—an initiative to highlight and reward outstanding educators across the great New Orleans area.

Honoring Educators Who Go Above and Beyond

Teachers in the go the extra mile every day. From staying late to tutor students to creating engaging lesson plans and fostering a love for learning, their impact reaches far beyond the classroom. Through this campaign, we aim to celebrate the educators who make a lasting difference in their students’ lives and the community.

Each month, students, parents, and community members can nominate an outstanding teacher in the Greater New Orleans area. Whether they inspire their students, provide unwavering support, or find innovative ways to teach, we want to hear their stories.

After reviewing nominations, each month, we’ll select one deserving educator to be named Teacher of the Month. The winning teacher will receive a $250 gift card and the opportunity to be featured on a billboard.
