Gordon Gives Sponsors AmeriHealth Caritas Health Fair

Radio Amor, Christian Spanish Radio (91.1FM), is having their Third Annual Health Fair on Saturday, October 18, 2014, in cooperation with AmeriHealth Caritas, Louisiana.

 

The Health Fair is an excellent means of bringing health-related information to the Spanish-speaking community in Baton Rouge. There will be information on issues such as Women’s Health, Seniors Health, Men’s Health, and Family Care, as well as various tests to screen for Hypertension, Cholesterol levels, Diabetes, Vision issues, Dental issues, etc. All these health-related tests and information will be done by outreach programs from established health providers in the community.

 

There will also be other booths, providing information of concern to the Hispanic community, such as Insurance, Employment, Legal and Immigration issues, Education, etc. Plus activities for the children.
