Working for Gordon McKernan Injury Attorneys has been fulfilling in many ways. I was mostly drawn to the firm because of Gordon’s genuine compassion for his clients, employees and the community. Even in the toughest of times, I’ve seen the firm thrive and keep its momentum without losing sight of the values put into place. Because of this, I come to work every day eager to do my part in maintaining a positive work environment and helping our clients.

I left my prior employer after 18 years due to not understanding or supporting the fact that my child has a terminal medical condition. When I interviewed, it was explained to me that Gordon was a family man, family comes first, and he would be supportive of my situation.  I came to work here, and it was one of the best moves I could have made.  G has been so understanding when it comes to my child and family.  This is my second family.  I am so blessed to work with a great group of people.

One of the best parts about working at GMIA is being a part of a company that has a foundation in Christ. We have some of the best swag too!!

I love the family atmosphere. I have found some of my best friends inside this firm and that to me is priceless.  I love the fast pace, non stop days and that there is truly never a dull moment! 

Working at GMIA gives me the freedom and ability to help my clients seek the justice they deserve. I believe the reason most of us lawyers go to law school is not just because we like helping others, but to fight the injustice that we see in our everyday lives.  At GMIA we have the ability to make actual change for the good of the individual that is being wronged most often by the big corporations and insurance companies.
